1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the fachai88 website accessible at https://fachai88.run and all related services.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered an account and been accepted by fachai88.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered in a member's name for the purpose of using the platform's services.
• "Balance" means the actual monetary amount (excluding bonuses) held in a member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits awarded by fachai88 subject to specified conditions.
• "Betting" means any activity including slots, live casino, sports betting, live betting and cricket betting available on the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of betting that must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use fachai88 services, an individual must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Register in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• Have not previously had an account closed or suspended by fachai88 for breaching these terms.
• Not be subject to any local legal prohibition that prevents participation in online gambling activities.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the fachai88 platform. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the freezing or closure of all related accounts.

During registration, members are required to:

• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information including full name, an active mobile number and a valid email address.
• Set a strong password and keep it confidential from others.
• Notify fachai88 promptly should any changes occur to the registered personal information.

Accounts registered with false or incomplete information may be suspended or closed without prior notice. Any balance in such accounts may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an internal fachai88 investigation.

4 Deposits and Payments

fachai88 supports a range of deposit methods for members in Malaysia. Available methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC and ETH).

The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM20. Deposits are typically credited to the account immediately once confirmation is received from the payment provider.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• fachai88 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or financial institution.
• Deposits that are not credited within a reasonable time should be reported to customer support with supporting proof of transaction.

5 Withdrawals

Members may request a withdrawal at any time subject to meeting the relevant conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per payment method.

Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is submitted and verified by our processing team.

• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the member's original deposit, unless otherwise specified.
• fachai88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before approving any withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• 100% match bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount received must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement = RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement = RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.

VIP Programme:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are based on a member's betting activity over time.

7 Game Rules

fachai88 offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, live betting and cricket betting. Each game category has specific rules available in the platform's help section.

• The outcome of all games is final once recorded by the system.
• Any technical fault occurring during gameplay will be investigated, and affected bets may be voided or refunded at fachai88's discretion.
• Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during their gaming session. fachai88 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity disruptions on the member's end.
• For sports betting and live betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds that apply, even if updates occur afterwards.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the fachai88 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised technical tools to manipulate games or the system.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Fraud, falsification of information or submission of invalid identity documents.
• Any activity that may be classified as money laundering through the betting platform.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses unlawfully.
• Selling, transferring or sharing an account with another party.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

fachai88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision within these terms and conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 21 years of age.
• Inaccurate or false registration information.
• Suspicious activity or activity potentially involving fraud.
• Account closure request by the member themselves for personal reasons or responsible gambling.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer service via live chat or email. Account closures related to self-exclusion for responsible gambling purposes will be processed promptly and any eligible balance will be returned.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, fachai88 will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred during betting activity, whether due to bad luck or technical disruptions beyond the platform's control.
• Delays or failures in processing transactions caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's negligence in protecting their login credentials.

fachai88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances will not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

fachai88 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its members. The collection, processing and use of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available in full on the Privacy Policy page.

• Members' personal data is collected solely for the purposes of platform operation and identity verification.
• fachai88 will not sell or disclose members' personal data to third parties without the member's consent, except as required by law.

12 Amendments to Terms
